Scanner schedule: You do not need to log in to SIStat to view the calendar. This is also bookmarked on the control room iMac.
SIStat system login: Use SIStat to manage scan scheduling operations, including booking scans, adding lab personnel, checking certification status, linking funds, and uploading IRBs.
BruinLearn: This platform hosts the materials and exams required for safety certification and recertification.
CCN Website: CCN’s main, public-facing site. Because the site lists active labs and projects, please notify us of any changes to your lab information or active projects.
CCN YouTube channel: The channel contains videos demonstrating common CCN procedures, including preparing a participant for a scan, navigating the upgraded XA30 software, and placing voxels for spectroscopy.

Metal Screening Form: REQUIRED for any person entering the scanner. “Review the form carefully and submit documentation for any concerns as a ticket.
Illness Screening Form: Must be administered the evening before or morning of the participant’s scan appointment. Reschedule your participant if they show signs of illness.
Pre-Scan Form: Fill out this brief form at the beginning of every scan. It is bookmarked on the iMac.
Post-Scan Form: Fill out this brief form after each scan. It is bookmarked on the iMac.
Scan Cancellation Form: Fill out this form if you need to cancel a scan within 72 hours. You must also cancel your scan in SIStat.
Pilot Application Form: Complete this form to apply for scan hours for a pilot project and send it to alenarto@g.ucla.edu. Please report the outcome of the pilot, including whether it contributed to securing funding; this information is important for maintaining the pilot program
